Personal data policy
How we handle the data you send us through this website and how to exercise your rights, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012.
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
Contact form: name, email, company and the message you write.
Analytics: before you decide, or if you decline, Google Analytics runs without cookies and only sends basic signals (page visited, time, device type); Microsoft Clarity does not load. If you accept, Google Analytics stores its measurement cookies and Clarity loads and records how the page is browsed. We measure form submissions (without your name, email or message) and clicks on WhatsApp and email links. You can change your choice under “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Cookies set only if you accept: Google Analytics _ga (distinguishes users) and _ga_<ID> (keeps session state), both up to 2 years; Microsoft Clarity _clck (visitor identifier for this site) and _clsk (groups the pages of one visit into a single recording). On Microsoft domains (clarity.ms) Clarity may also use CLID (records the first time Clarity saw the browser) and MUID (a Microsoft browser identifier that Microsoft also uses for advertising and analytics). Microsoft does not publish how long its cookies last. If you decline, none of these cookies are stored; Google Analytics still sends only the cookieless basic signals described above.
WhatsApp: if you tap the button, you leave the site for WhatsApp; that conversation is handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
Your browser stores your language and your cookie choice; that data is not sent to our servers.
Voice assistant: if you choose to use it, your voice and the conversation are processed by ElevenLabs so it can answer you. Conversations with the voice assistant are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
3. Why we use it
To answer your message and follow up on the business conversation you start.
To measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use it for advertising.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Who else processes it
Providers acting as processors: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (Google Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare (hosting and site analytics) and ElevenLabs (voice assistant).
Some of these providers process data outside Colombia.
5. Your rights
Under article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012 you can: know, update and correct your data; ask for proof of the authorization you gave us; be told how we use it; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC); revoke the authorization or ask us to delete your data where applicable; and access it free of charge.
6. How to exercise them
Email us at contacto@akili.com.co with your name, your request and how to reach you.
We answer queries within 10 business days (extendable by 5) and claims within 15 business days (extendable by 8), telling you why if we extend, as set by articles 14 and 15 of Law 1581 of 2012.
7. Retention and effective date
We keep data for as long as it is needed for the purpose we received it for.
Effective from October 26, 2026. If we change it, we will publish the new version on this page.
