Editorial policy
How we write, review and correct what we publish on the Akili blog.
Last updated:
What we publish
Analysis of technology and artificial intelligence news that matters to companies in Colombia and Latin America. We do not rewrite press releases: each article explains what happened, why it matters and what a company can do about it.
How we use AI
We use artificial intelligence tools to support research, organize sources and prepare drafts.
No article is published until a person on our team reviews it, checks the facts against the original sources and adds their own analysis.
Sources
Every article lists its sources at the end, with a link and a date. We prefer primary sources: official announcements, studies and bylined reporting.
We do not publish figures or quotes we cannot trace to a source.
Authorship and dates
Every article shows who signs it, the publication date and the date of the last update. The person who signs it is accountable for the content.
Corrections
When we find an error or someone reports one, we fix it and update the date. When the change affects the substance of the analysis, we say so in the article itself.
To report an error, write to contacto@akili.com.co.
Relationship to our services
Akili provides AI consulting and engineering services. When an article relates to one of them, we link to it explicitly at the end.
